We are looking for motivated energetic amazing people to assist customer with their roadside needs in a service van. Job duties includes jump starts, battery sales and changes, tire changes, lock outs, fuel deliveries, and help with work around the shop this is a Mechanic/ service position.

                                                    

Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable customer-oriented dispatcher. This position will act as a liaison, between our customers and our towing operators. The position will provide service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers/tow operators may have with accuracy and efficiency. Problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential to this position. Must be confident at troubleshooting and investigating certain procedures and finding a resolution. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
