DYLAN BAUMGARTNER (COWBOY)
I am from a very small town called Keenesburg, Co. I have achieved the goal of becoming a tow operator as I imagined as a little kid. I moved to Grand Junction in 2020. I love it here. The people are very nice and welcoming. I have always loved working on and around automobiles. I also love to help others in situations they have no control over and make sure they are safely removed from that situation and placed in a safe place. I love my job and meeting new people from everywhere. At platinum towing we are set apart from a lot of other tow companies by making it personal with our customers. We are one big family!

"I was traveling from California to Colorado. Went to start car in the morning and battery didn't work. Called AAA and they sent Dylan from Platinum Towing. I received a text within minutes that they had my request. A very few minutes later a received a message from Dylan that he would be there within 20 minutes. He arrived in less time. He checked the cars system and determined a cell was no good. He installed a new battery quickly and I was ready to go. Dylan was caring, professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and said safe travels when he departed. I would highly recommend this company and especially Dylan."
